Ltd. is a private equity fund formed in conjunction with the Grosskopf Group, a highly successful real estate developer based in Argentina, with more than 30 years of experience in developing large real estate projects in Latin America and the United States. The Fund, which targets real estate in Latin America and Florida, initiated its first investment in mid-2007 – a project to develop a shopping mall, office and residential complex in Hallandale, Florida.
